Monday - Kickboxing Tuesday - Boxercise then an hour of random crosstraining in the gym Wednesday - Tai Chi then Kickboxing Thursday - Night time run! Will update after that!
I know, I'm having a night run tonight! But not all night haha :) Also we need to sort the Coastal marathon. How's your training going? Is Stuart still up for the run? How many more questions can I ask? haha
